Terms & Conditions – The Inner World Key

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you and The Inner World Key (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or purchasing any service, session, or product, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Nature of Services

Although I am a junior doctor, my sessions are not medical consultations and do not replace the guidance of your GP, mental health provider, or any other licensed healthcare professional.

If you require medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or changes to medication, please consult your own GP or relevant healthcare provider.

2. Services Provided

2.1. We offer coaching, healing sessions, and digital products — including Unlock Your Inner Universe and Discover Your Quantum Self.

2.2. Our sessions may include meditation, journaling, sound therapy, quantum healing, and Akashic Records work. These are for personal and spiritual growth only.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

3.1. All bookings are made via our website or by contacting us directly.
3.2. Please arrive (or log in) on time for your session. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
3.3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session by emailing [email protected].
3.4. Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds are offered except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Rescheduling is welcome if within the 48-hour notice period.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. You agree to provide accurate and honest information when booking or during sessions.

4.2. These sessions are for personal development — they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or crisis care.

4.3. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please seek appropriate professional help before or alongside our work together.
4.4. You are responsible for your own wellbeing before, during, and after our work together.
4.5. You understand that results vary based on your openness, readiness, and active participation.

5. Confidentiality

Your personal information and what you share in sessions will remain confidential, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, materials, and resources provided in sessions or on my website remain my intellectual property.

6.2. All content, materials, and resources shared (including session recordings, guides, and tools) are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages (direct or indirect) that arise from your use of our services.
7.2. We do not guarantee specific results, as each journey is unique.

8. Changes to Services

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of my services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
